I have moved address and am currently struggling to get a new doctors so called to advise of new address was told I can no longer be seen here. I explained that I wss struggling to get a new practice and asked because I have two small children could we stay registered just until I have sorted a new practice. The staff member I spoke to was rude, unsympathetic and very matter of factly refused my request I advised I found this unacceptable given that I have two small children she advised it didnt matter because we have moved out of the area! This is disgusting considering the above! I wasn't asking to stay a patient forever just a few weeks because we have repeat prescription etc

Today it was easy to get an appointment to see the practice nurse but it is not always possible to do so. Staff were very helpful today and the nurse had the doctor see my son as well to check him further, thanks. It's useful to learn more about how to help his asthma best.

Everyone at the surgery is great at listening. They are always consultative & provide proper explanations.
